How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed successfully.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at hello@pawrfection.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before it ships.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number on the carrier's website to follow your package every step of the way. 🐕

My order says delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?

First, check around your property and with neighbors. If it's still missing after 24 hours, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.

What if I received the wrong item?

We're so sorry! Please email us at hello@pawrfection.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We'll make it right immediately. 🐾

Do you restock sold-out items?

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico. We're working on expanding to more regions soon! 🌎

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow us on social media to stay updated!

Do you offer free shipping?

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Some carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We recommend using a physical address to ensure smooth delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us at hello@pawrfection.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we're unable to cancel it, but you can initiate a return once it arrives.

What if I accidentally placed a duplicate order?

Contact us immediately! If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel the duplicate and issue a full refund. ✅

Will I receive a refund if I cancel?

Yes! Approved cancellations receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
