1. WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the United States and Puerto Rico only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. SHIPPING CARRIER & RATES

  • All orders are shipped via FedEx.
  • Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
  • You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

3. PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • For print-on-demand items, additional production time of 3–7 business days may apply before shipment.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

  • United States (continental): 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Puerto Rico: 5–10 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods (holidays, sales events).


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number. You can track your package at fedex.com.


6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at pawrfection@yahoo.com.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with FedEx to resolve the issue.
  • Pawrfection is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pawrfection is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after an order is placed cannot be guaranteed.
