1. GENERAL POLICY

At Pawrfection, we are committed to your satisfaction and that of your furry family members. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. PRINT-ON-DEMAND & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Many of our products are made to order. Once an item enters the production stage, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. ELIGIBLE RETURNS

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

The item arrived damaged or defective.
You received the wrong item.
The item is significantly different from what was described.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at pawrfection@yahoo.com with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Made-to-order or print-on-demand products once in production
Items returned without prior authorization
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Sale or clearance items

5. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for next steps.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at pawrfection@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company — it may take additional processing time.
If you've done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at pawrfection@yahoo.com.
